Bad services

After numerous approved applications no delivery and service is bad. Financer of the store called me to do a follow up on the goods but still no goods todate. Sale rep. Grace had stories and stories. I logged a complaint instead of a resilution another rep. calls to make a sales offer and still request documents for the 8th time for amother new application. What about costs inquired by client in getting and receiving the documents
