Bad Services

I bought the charlietown 3p couch at Maponya mall last year August 2020 and in January my couch went for repair because backrest springs and In June again they picked up for another repair it now 3 weeks later and Iam still waiting for my couch I should always call them they call me . This is ridiculous and I bought it cash I regret they sell damage stuff or may its a second hand .
