Bad Service/Quality

I am so disappointed in this brand, or should I say in the delivery people they employ. I must state on record that we were assisted by a very friendly and eager to help sales person Mandla from the Rochester in Clearwater Mall. Mandla went out of his way to ensure that we got what we wanted and made sure that we received our order in time.

The problem started as soon as our order was delivered, The delivery guy told us telephonically that he had installed the legs to our couch and we had an extra set of legs. To my surprise when we got home we found that the couch was literally sitting on the floor with no legs installed, when we called the store Mandla tried to get hold of him to tell him that he should come back and he blatantly **** and said we told him not to install the legs. Mandla then took it upon himself, which is way above his line of duty to come and assist us, he then battled as installing the legs was not as easy as he thought and promised to come back the following day with a driller. My husband and I then called him and told him not to worry we would try and install the legs as we have a driller. He then advised that it would be better to have professionals install it as it was not an easy task and he wouldn't want us to damage the couch. To our surprise when using the head recliner the steels on the couch are also damaged and not as smooth as they should be. I am lodging this complaint as a very unhappy customer.

Rochester needs to sort this out immediately. They should bring a new couch that does not have any defects and come and install it properly with the legs and take this one. The workmanship on this couch is extremely appalling. I am totally disappointed with Rochester.

I put on record once more that the store (Mandla - Rochester Clearwater) has went out of his way to assist us and this should be acknowledged.

The people that messed up is the delivery guys and this should be addressed.

Can this be sorted out immediately.
