Bad service with no reply

I bought a lounge suite from them. When we wanted to take of the covers there were a big hole in the one back rest. More than 2 months now I'm phoning about this. They just do nothing about it. Promises Promises that's all. For more than 2 months I don't have a couch to sit on. Please people. Can't believe that such a big company has such bad customer service in the eastern cape. Still waiting for any reply from them.
