Bad service when you send your furniture in for repairs.

<p>I am very disappointed with Rochester Brooklyn. I send my daybed in for repairs and I am waiting now 7 weeks for feedback. The reason I am getting is the Warehouse do not get back to them and that is where it stays or they have a new system. The system problem is not my problem. Nobody is doing anything and I the client must wait!!! I would like to warn any new customer not to buy from Rochester again.</p>
