Bad Service Product Bought

I purchased L shaped couch from Rochester Nelspruit in January 2018 paid full amount cash. I was told the couch should be delivered to me in 6 weeks time as it was a special request considering the color I had specified. I waited over 6 weeks and only received the couch 16 March 2018 only for it be the wrong colour, I informed the store same day and was told a order for the correct colour will be done .Due to internal issues and managers resigning and sales people leaving my request took another 3 months to be processed and on 25 June 2018 couch was delivered correct colour but day bed was placed on the wrong side. I refused to sign for the order as this was to much where is the customer service or is this how all customers get treated....
