Bad service horrible bed

I bought a king size Mont Blanc last year June and it’s so badly warped we both roll to the sides of the best I have tried so much to get hold of Rochester and nobody can help me I’m being shunted pillar to post only way is go with a lawyer so fed up with the terrible quality and service
