Bad service from Rochester/hificorp in Bayside mall

I purchase two bed sets at bayside mall. The shop was Rochester/Hificorp. With my beds I was supposed to get pillows. This was not delivered with my items. I went back to shop and spoke to the manager who informed me that they will call me when the items are in store. This has not happened and it has been a few weeks now. Such a disappointment.
