Bad service from Rochester polokwane

So my mom bought a combo that was on specie it included a bed, couches N tables with chairs, it happened that the couch and the bed had some faults and we contacted them with that regards they fixed and brought the couches back but with the bed we have been sent from pillar to post, the manager that goes by the name of Cornelius in the polokwane branch is really giving us hard time now my mom wants a refund and wants nothing to do with Rochester can we get assistance
