Bad service from Rochester furniture and Grafton everest

Hi I am Mr Santosh Ramadhin I bought a camden lounge suite from Rochester midlands mall in Pietermaritzburg in November 2019 and the quality of the lounge set is bad. I have complained many times about the lounge set and l have gotten no help from Rochester group they have only been giving me the run around . They picked up the 2 seater and 1 seater in July and told me they will repair it or give me a credit but it was returned unrepaired last week Saturday they returned the lounge set in worse condition then when it left my home. The supplier refused to repair or replace . They took my 3 seater today and I have no lounge set in my home . I spend almost R18000.00 and now I have nothing .Please help the store manager ignores my calls and does not want to assist me. The quality is so poor for its price. Faults on the lounge set is legs break very easy . Recliner very weak . Side arms get very flat. When sitting on the seaty it gets flat very easily. I have been complaining since January 2020 to date no fix answers. A very unhappy customer of Rochester.
