Bad service from Rochester Clearwater Mall

Disappointed with Rochester. They delivered torn couches on the 24th December 22. Logged a complaint with Rochester Clearwater Mall telephonically and via email. No acknowledgement of the email and I have no confirmation on when the couches will be collected and when the refund will be processed.
