Bad service from Rocherster

I had made a laybuy for 2 pedestals at Rocherster Brooklyn, Pretoria. The Sales lady (Koketso)advised me to pay for the delivery because when they deliver they also assemble for me. On the 20th of May the final payment was done including the delivery of R500. 3 days after they send the unsembled package through Skynet. Same day I called the store and Koketso said they will arrange for the assembling guy to come to my place. 22days later this is not done. I have been taken from pillar to post every time they promised to call me back wich they dont.The manager at some point of my calls told me that Mamelodi is the high risk area and no white man is going to come they will find a black guy to come. I was not told that my area is there high risk area otherwise i could have not made the purchase. I'm really being treated like a fool by this store.
