bad service

I bought couches on the 24 of August in Clearwater mall Rochester which were supposed to be delivered by catoridge warehouse in durban paid them cash 28000 plus delivery 479 they didn't deliver they said stock is damaged I asked them for a refund I'm still waiting for my money until today
