Bad service experience

I’m totally disappointed in the service of my purchase. The drivers called me continuously as they were lost. I used my airtime to call them back several times. Eventually drove out to collect them and bring them to my home. Only for the couch to be the incorrect couch. All this for nothing. Very disappointed to have paid for delivery and had this experience had I known I would have collected the item for myself.
