Bad service

Rochester Furniture they came to the house and took the beds mind you it took them 6 months to come fetch the and to highlight THEY CALLED LAST YEAR OCTOBER ( MAPONYA MALL CALL FROM HERLEN THE MANAGER) WE THEN WR TOLD R800 NEEDS TO PAID SO THAT THE 2 BEDS BE FETCHED THEN AS THE REQUESTED WE PAID THE R800... 6 months down the line they called to arrange to pick up the beds and my sister even said hopefully it won’t take them 1 year 1 month to replace the beds as they said they will and was told the will push and the beds will be replaced Friday beds they fetched and Tuesday today they called and said R800 needs to be paid and we asked were does the that money come from and they said they are just sent an email I asked how can they come fetch the 2beds without payment the couldn’t answer me ..... the problem now is we sleeping on the floor cuz people at your shops don’t do their job and they don’t care about customers we need beds as promised after paying them what they asked last year as they said they will come get the beds after payment we paid a lot for us to sleep on the CAN THIS BE SOLVED ASAD REF *** AND I WILL NEVER I MEAN NEVER BUY FROM YOUR STORE NOT MY FAMILY NOR MY FRIENDS WILL YOU THE WORSE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS from 2018 you delivered a table without a glass when I ordered a glassed one 2nd you delivered a broken couch 3rd you delivered a chair with half decoration last but not least your beds Sleepmasters furniture dont even last they become sagging in less than a year such bad quality and the bad ****ed up service.
