Bad service

I am unhappy with the grove Rochester service I was expecting a delivery of a queen size bed and stopped them from processing a delivery since the bed is bigger for my unit .. I requested that the instead process a double bed which will then let them refund me 600 plus ..they refused and was told to cancel I will be charged 5% I am in need of bed and livid with the poor service and poor assistance and what more what looks like money making scheme .. it is so unprofessional
