Bad Service at Rochester

I will never set my feet in this shop, their service is disgusting. I bought a table & chairs they delivered wrong things twice. The chair were dirty, not the same & table had no *****s to tight it. No one cared to call & apologise. They now don’t want to pay my money & keep telling me of a refund policy. I had to overspend because of their poor service.
