Bad service at Rochester

<p>I made a laybye of a dining room suite at Rochester festival Mall. The price for the suite was R12995.00 and transport was R350.00. I paid a deposit of R5000.00 on the 18th of March 2017, I made the next payment R5000.00 on the 4th of April 2017, I made the last payment of R3345.00 on the 28th of April 2017. I was told to expect delivery the following week of which it was going to be the 1st week of May, but they didn't deliver. I wen to the store to enquire about the delivery that did not take place. The lady that was assisting me when i bought the suite was surprised, she checked on their system and told me that the table of the dining room suite was out of stock and she showed me another table. I told her I want the one that I bought, she told me that it could take uo to four months for the stock to be available. What surprises me is that when I bought the suite it was available but when they suppose to deliver it's no longer available and they didn't even bother to inform me, I had to go to the store to ask about the delivery then they told me this. they said they tried at other branches but there's no stock</p> <p>I asked my wife to write on their facebook page, they said the regional manager will contact us. Up to this day no one has contacted us. Out of curiosity we went to Rochester Centurion they have it and the sales person that we found there told us they had stock ever since and that was the last one, they sold it on the 28th of May, they went an extra mile to check the availabity at other branches. They found it at Rochester Mallreds. what surprises me is that we were told it was out stock at all of their branches. and no one even bothers to contact us about it. That's a hell lot of money we've paid for this suite to be ignored as if we've made a donation</p> <p>I'm very disappointed 'with the service they gave us. It's either they deliver our suite or give us our money back as in yesterday. It's been a month now and still no delivery no contact.</p>
