Bad service at klerksdorp Rochester Matlosana Mall

I bought Recliner couches from Rochester @Matlosana Mall. From the day they came to assemble them I wasn't happy. I visited the shop and complained that the couches are not straight and when sitting down you can feel they are not straight. One of the recliner couches wasn't reclining straight up.

Everytime I am at the mall I would keep reminding them I waiting for the people they said they will send to my home to come check. I ended up drafting an email to the complain email address and having to follow up on the complain. Eventually they send someone to my house. The person that was sent to my house said he doesn't know why they couches are like that and he would send specialist to come check.

Bought these couches a year ago , till today I am still struggling to get them to assist me with my complain. When I call the "call center" they say the guy said he came and sorted me out which isn't true.

What makes me so mad is that I have fully paid the couches and was told they under 5 year warranty. If I had known I would have withheld the payments so they take me seriously .

My point is NEVER EVER buy couches from Rochester Matlosana Mall and believe in the warranty story. Or ever believe they will assist you should you have a problem with their product.

I had wanted to take something else after paying my couches but with that service I will never set foot there.
