Bad service and unprofessional

I bought Nordic Queen size bed,was so excited about it but the excitement didn't last long as I had a problem with the bed not long the base support broke within a month and I've since been waiting for them to come and fix or replace the bed. I feel the support for the bed was not estimated appropriately.

I'm not happy with the service that I recieved.
