Bad Service

I have placed and paid for my Order online its about 3 weeks ago my order has not been delivered I have sent through an email to : ***, to assist and expedite my Order I will never buy from there poor service and when you try to Track order online it shows nothing has been done, I want my refund and I will buy from takealot which has an excellent service, I will spread the word of how bad the service is
