Bad Service

I bought something on the 25th of November and it is yet to be delivered. I have been told the same thing everyday that I have to wait as the item will be delivered by 18:00 only not to receive any delivery. Last week saturday I was told that the wharehouse is closed and the item would be delivered during the course of the week, but nothing has been delivered jst the same promise to weight till 18:00.
