Bad service

Am posting my second complain on hello Peter about Rochester. It’s nearly three months waiting for my couch to be repaired, I have been calling the store none stop. I feel that there customer service is the worst. The couch was collected and had no couch nearly two months. The warehouse called to inform me I will be getting a new couch to my surprise when I got home the old couch was delivered. I called the store manager at savanna mall in Polokwane who apologised and told me there was a mix up at the warehouse. I week later I received a call again and I new couch was delivered (guess what a wrong couch facing opposite site of my living area. I call the store and was informed they will come collect the couch and I will get the old couch which is damaged. I personally went to the store and the manager assured me he will personally go to the warehouse to check, for the new couch and get back to me. I received a call from the warehouse manager who informed me and my husband they need to collect the new couch. She was very rude with us and said that the couch has been sold to another client that’s the reason they have to collect it. 1. Rochester has promised me a new couch, am still waiting. 2. Why should I complain on hello Peter before I get assistance? I wish someone can come to my rescue, am really sick and tired of being taken from pillar to poster.
