Bad Service

I was at the Brakpan Branch this afternoon the service was very shocking. If I buy a recliner from the brakpan branch I have to collect it in JetPark. Then they do not have stock, they can not find out when they will get stock. The manager just laughed at me when I asked where the service is surely you should be able to find out when your stock will arrive no they can only email and wait for response but he does not know when. I was livid when I left the store.
