Bad service

I recently visited the Rochester clearance outlet in Southgate, where I bought a Pellisima daybed but was given bad attitude by the store manager Gerald, I went to fetch my day bed which I did EFT for the previous day and he refused to release it saying Head Office has not cleared the EFT. The argument became so vocal and rude to a point where I refused to talk to him demanded my money back, his words were "you are better off to take this couch because a refund will take 10 working days" I have bought several items from Rochester and there was never a time that I experience such bad service. I paid for transport to collect my couch which I was refused after paying R12 695. I am disappointed in Rochester and the manner in which they deal with their clients.
