Bad Service

We went to buy a Dinner Table & 8 chairs last week (10/3/2021) at Rochester Ferndale. We met a nice lady (Lisa Masuku) who tried her best to provide a service to us. We paid cash in store & we were promised delivery on a Monday. Upon delivery all chair were not the same, they were very dirty & I refused to accept them. They left & only to come back today 15/3/21) table did not have *****s & same dirty chairs & not identical. They had to go back again. What a discussing experience from such an expensive shop. We were planning to buy 2 beds from Rochester & I’ll never do that. Their store room service is down to zero & I never even got a phone call from a senior person to apologise let alone to reassure me when to expect proper delivery of what we paid for.

To Rochester management I just want to remind you that companies like your that are full of arrogant & poor customer service don’t last, they fall flat I might be useless to your bottom line but surely this kind of service injustice is not only happening to me only. The chain will get smaller soon, mark my words or wake up!
