Bad service

I bought an 8 seater dining suite on the 24th of Nov at Rochester Clearwater store and to date only received the chairs without the table,1st of all they kept on making empty promises that they will deliver and the Store Manager(Monicca Van Den Berg) also not keeping to her promises.i further went to the store this morning after I was told I will get the call before 11am which they still failed to do,when I got there I was told that they are waiting for the regional manager (Marious De Koker) to make a decision. How long must a client wait to get delivery of furniture paid for in full? This Kind of service is ridiculous and must be corrected! Please help as I need my table before Christmas. Thanks Cecilia
