Bad service

I bought a "leather" lounge suite in August 2015 from Rochester Furniture but I only received it in October and towards the end of the year 2016 they began to tear so I went to the store to complain and they told me to take pictures of the lounge suite and show them and I did exactly that and that's when told me my seats were out of guarantee so I decided to call the head office they managed to help me and they came to fetch the seats...as I was waiting for my suite to come back I called them to ask them what's going on I was told that I need to pay a fee of R10000 to have my suite repaired but when they came to collect the the suite i was never informed about it so they refuse to repair them and they are returning the suite to me because I can't pay them...it's been 6 weeks since they tooke my suite and only when u call them to they tell me about the fee...Please help me!!!
