Bad Service

Poor service. I placed an order on the 13th of Aug. I still have not received it. I have received 2 mails apologizing for the delay, We logged a complaint and the system says they tried phoning, but no call has been made to me. Up to now, we have no idea where our order is. The order tracking does also not work. They give a 5-15 work day lead time which is understandable, but we are on 31 working days currently with poor communication.
