Bad service

<p>I bought a couch from Rochester last year and it was delivered. A few months later i noticed that the material on the couch was starting to peel off, i then contacted the Branch in Brooklyn and i spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Sanders Ndemera. I must say that Mr Sanders Ndemera gave me a good services.</p> <p> </p> <p>The problem started when they collected my couch. it has been about two months since they collected my couch and since then no one can tell me when i will get my couch back. I keep calling to speak to Mr Sanders Ndemera every week and everytime he tells me that he will follow up with their repair service center and he will get back to me and i must say that i have not received any information of when i will get back my couch. Please note that i paid for this couch in full, i do not owe a cent for this couch i do not have. I went to their website and submite a compliant in the compliant section, to date i have not received any feedback from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>If the company can not give me my couch back, they must just give me my money back.</p>
