Bad service

<p>we bought a corner couch at Rochester 2 weeks ago and paid for delivery as well but it was not delivered after 2 weeksi had to drive to their warehouse to collect myself today and found out that the couch they promised was not complete, the ottoman they promised on their deal was not in stock,i called Rochester New markert Alberton, no one was able to help,one of the employees told me there is nothing he can do to help</p>
