Bad service
<p>My name is Thembi</p> <p>I am tired of being treated like a tennis ball by Rochester house and decor. They took my couches 4 weeks ago and each and every time when I call to find out when they will return them I get different stories. I was assured last week I will have my couch back. I called Rochester centurion this morning to ask when I will be getting them, a lady wanted to know who gave me that information cause it's not on their system.</p> <p>I regret dealing with them and will never buy anything from them. I will also make my friends and family about their bad service. </p>
