BAD SERVICE
<p>After purchasing 3 times from the same branch using the same sales person, I have to ask myself am I just too nice a person? I bought another bedroom suite, paid for it on the 5th of June, have aksed for it to be Scotch-guarded, how much that would cost, and how long it would take and then when can I expect delivery thereof. Well I am still waiting for an answer at 5pm on the 14th of June. WHen contacted this morning I was told it could be scotch-guarded but there is no guarantee that it would be done? Really ??</p> <p>I absolutely cannot get any resolution out of this company, the call centre (Ryan) does not know who or if there is a Custoemr Servcies Manager, but he will help with my complaint when the branch where I purchased the goods cannot even help. The CEO does not accept calls from purchasers - so why have I spent my hard-earned money with Rochesters??</p> <p>Not to mention that I also posted a complaint on through the Rochester website onthe 12th June for which I have also not yet received feedback - I AM REALLY IMPRESSED!</p>
And then I eventually get delivery and it is the incorrect colour - why was I not annoyed; because I expected it.....
And now the salesperson is happy to cancel my order and the warehouse has not yet gotten back to me afer 24 hours.
SO where do I stand?? - I have moved into a new place with no bedroom suite or bed as I returned their goods as the bedroom suite I bought from Rochesters was incorrect resulting in having to pay additional costs to another company (I could not take delivery of the mattress from other company).
