Bad service

I've never felt so frustrated until I had to buy a bed from Rochester. I paid up a laybye on the 22 of March at Thavhani Mall and they could not deliver until I decided to cancel it. Now they don't want to refund me back my money.i even tried to call their head office but still they are also failing to help
