Bad Quality

I’ve had enough with Rochester, the quality of your furniture is shocking. I bought couches sometime in December 2019, I was told the couches were leather upper, which then brought up the question about durability of the non-leather part, I was told that it’s durable enough to give me at least 5 years.

Literally 3 months later, the material is flaking off, on all 3 sets. I have only paid for these couches for 3 months, and how do you expect me to continue paying for then next 33 months with couches looking like this?
