Bad quality and I want my money back

I regret the day I entered the store. Rochester Polokwane Game centre. I got a horrible service on my couch and everyday my partner and I we are always fighting over this couch Because he thinks I bought second hand couch. The couch is second hand and the comfort is horrible and the colour is not the same and the legs don’t fit and suitable. My partner tells me every night that I waisted 17k and I went to the store several times to explain my issue but no one takes me serious. This is the second time complaining about your couches but the staff in that store they don’t even care. I asked myself that it’s how you treat your customers. The first couch delivered was horrible but this second is worse than the previous one. All I want is my money back. I am tired of calling and doing follow ups with no any help . All I want is my money back cause there is no peace in this house , I’m not advising or recommending anyone to buy a Lenox beige corner couch, cause what we see at the store is not what we get on delivery.
