Bad product

If I could I would give a minus star. After reading other customer reviews I can clearly see that this review is a waste of mytime. Bought a bedroom headbaord suite. First delivery, damaged goods arrived. Did not accept the goods. On teh second delivery, even worse. After completing the documentation for refund I was told I need to wait for 14 days for my refund. I wonder if this will happen. I will not recommend people to buy from them.
