Bad material and service

When one thinks of Rochester quality, beauty and unique comes to mind. Well I got beauty and unique but quality not even close. I bought a couch which is not even three months and already it is torn due to the material and the more we sit on it the more torn it becomes. I went and reported the matter and the sales consultant was helpful and I made a call to their customer care. Spoke to Brice who took my details and said they will contact me till this day. I was given a WhatsApp number to send pictures and that was the end of it. I am not sure if I am dealing with ******* or maybe my matter is not taken serious because I am just another black person who logged a complain. I am so disappointed with Rochester and their service after spending so much money on them, I could have went to another store.
