Bad Experience ,Worst after sales

Rochester Funiture is the worst place where you can buy a product from. We recently bought a Leather Lounge Set from Rochester at The Grove Mall in Silver Lakes. After the delivery we reported a flaw in the Material, and I was told by the customer services that they will report it to the branch where they will handle the complaint. At first, we ended up phoning the Branch because nothing was happening from Rochester's side and the Sales guy told my wife she must go and ask the *** why there is a flaw in the leather, again no feedback was received after a week, again we phoned the complaint department same story and this time we spoke to the manager of the branch and she promised us that she will sort it out and come back to us. My son even ended up going to the branch where the manager made another commitment that she will sort out the matter. AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED UP TO NOW, The minimum thing what they could have done is at least reply with an answer. We bought it cash on the 14 the of September 2024 and received it on the 19th of September 2024 The customer service department is totally useless they can actually change the name to customer complaint receiving department because that is all they do, no customer service. Please if I can advise anyone do not buy any products from Rochester Furniture unless you will be Happy with no after sales service.
