Bad experience with customer service at Rochester Maponya Mall

Well I bought a knight headboard that comes with 2 pedestals at Rochester Maponya Mall mid November 2022 rafter they delivered it I discovered the left side pedestal was faulty and when went to purchase TV Plasma stand and coffee table my fiancé and I reported the matter the guys who was assisting us at the time and he promised to handle the matter which he didn’t until today and they keep giving us lame excuses at 1st when I make a telephone follow up with them the manager couldn’t assist me she told me to speak to the person who assist me with my purchase and also my fiancé was told to wait for the manager to Authorize which even today our matter is not attended and we are with a damaged pedestal drawer they sending us back and forth, it seems like Rochester Company doesn’t care about its customers, I’m not happy to have paid so much money for a product that is faulty within its Gaurantee time, I shame Rochester home decor👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
