Bad Experience and After Sales - Item comes Damaged and late in the night.

Bought a lounge suite cash worth almost R60 000 from Rochester Carnival Mall on 24 November 2021, Wow what a disgrace to get my suite delivered, Francina who helped me was all eager to do the sale and promised that it will be delivered by 26 November 2021, this is when the headache started - I constantly had to phone the branch to find out if delivery will take place on mentioned date, all answer that I got was yes and that the driver will contact me shortly. The driver only contacted me after 19:00 and said he is on the way, at 21:09 he only arrived, do they expect people to sit up the whole night and hope there things comes when ever during the night - the driver and his helper were so rough with my suite that the wing back chair arms broke, I refused to accept that chair and sent is back with the driver, the following morning I sow that the recliner chair purchased is also damaged by the driver when he tried to force it through the door, and reported it to Francina. After another whole lot of calls the wing back chair was delivered more than a week later and to date 09/12/2021 the recliner is still not replaced. The answer I get from the Francina is that she is waiting for the Wearhouse ..... Francina nor the branch does not make contact and inform what the delay is, I constantly have to phone and listen to another excuse as to why they are taking so long to replace the recliner. Is this how Rochester treats clients that spends that amount of money at there stores, and is just that they are happy that the sale is done and does not care about after sales even with damaged items? This morning I tried to call the store again to find out what is happing but could not get answer, once they did answer the line was so bad I could not hear anything (and there telephone line is like that always - very bad/poor) Then there is joke of a free gift with items that was sale... what a joke, with the amount of money a person spends there you only get a coffee mug/water bottle or Bluetooth speaker not even worth R100 - I am sure the sales person get more commission on the sale than the free gift is worth. I was going to go back to Rochester to purchase some other items, but after this super bad experience with them I will never buy anything from them again. Won't recommend this store to anybody.
