Bad delivery Service

I went to Rochester Baywest Port Elizabeth Mid January to enquire about a couch that I wanted. I therefore made payment Deposit for the couch in January. since it was a special order. I was advised that the couch will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Monday the 25th was my 8th week and the couch was scheduled to be delivered on that day. However it was not done. I was asked to go to the store and pay full balance Tuesday morning I did that. I was expecting to get delivery Wednesday as advised however I was told that the couch will no longer be delivered. At this point I am not happy at all as the couch having been delivered to me. I am not happy with the service that I have received from their Warehouse team they didn’t honour the delivery as promised. I will never recommend anyone to buy an item from Rochester as their delivery service is POOR!!!!!!!

I am hoping the STORE MANGER will sort this issue by COB TODAY!!!!
