Bad delivery ever

I recently bought pay out grey daybed and dinning chair set weeks ago even today i am still waiting what lind of nonsense is this; what a bad experience ever please close shop if you can't deliver good service to customers; it's my first and last time i buy anything from them: quality or not their service is horrible period
