Bad customer service treating customer baldly

Bought headboard it was damaged they came to collect July since no one know what’s happening with it go to the Witbank branch salesperson and acting store manager is Thokozane they also don’t know if it’s fixed or not all I need now it’s my money back as I am an unhappy customer
