BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

I bought a couch,coffee table and a TV stand at Rochester New Market in Alberton on the 22nd of September.I was assistant by a guy named "Solly",who told me,before paying,that they don't have the couch I had picked but he will order for me at the warehouse and ASSURED me that it would take less than a month after asking a few times because I needed the goods to be in my house before then,hence I payed for everything including delivery.weeks went by and i decide to call the store and spoke to Solly who sounded like he had no clue what he was talking about,so a day or two later I decided to go to the store and find out exactly what was happening and I was told they no longer "manufacture" the couch I had wanted but was told there's a smaller version of it that would be received in store in two weeks time,again after that there was no communication whatsoever as to wheather am getting my goods or not.I called solly yesterday who told me he's working on the "matter" and was waiting for some confirmation from the werehouse or something along those lines but assured me he'll call me in 10min,but never did.My sister calls them this morning because she felt am being taken advantage of,and spoke to a called "Themba" if am not lying,who she claims was very rude towards her,I got a missed call from the store and decide to call back,I spoke to some guy whose name I can't remember,he said that he'll ask his manager to call me immediately,again that did not happen,I decided to call after waiting for some time and the "manager" claimed the guy who had answered the phone didn't inform him that I called.Ok,then I explain my situation and he seemed to understand and was sympathetic,said he's gonna call me before end of day today,AGAIN I never received the call since!!

Now my question is,am I being treated like this because of my age,race or color? Because I can bet you now if I was a different race (no offense to anyone) non of this one would have happened,I would be taken seriously!!! So,what I want is my money back,and I want it before end of day tomorrow,I need to go spend my money where am gonna be appreciated and treated the way I deserve to be treated as a customer!
