Bad customer service, empty promises and lies

A sales person said my bed which I had paid for would be available on Thursdays for me to collect but it was not and he acted as though we never agreed on that. When I did get the bed I discovered that they gave me the wrong base and when I asked that it be collected from my house and be replaced I was given more empty promises that I'd be called back I never was.... I'm calling over and over. The manager is never in the store to deal with such issues....I have still not Got a call back from the store
