Bad customer service

Terrible customer services in Thavhani mall branch.The worst service ever gou can get when returning item. They treat you like you didnt buy item with ur own money. Myy advise is dont ever buy anything wiyh them. Starting from Management to customers service. I so wish they can get training on how to treat customers. They will make you feel so small. I was so disappointed with the manager response on my query
