Bad customer service by Rochester Furniture

<p>I bought a bedroom suit in January 2017. It took 9 weeks to be delivered. The dressing table was damaged and returned. I have been waiting for it for the past 5 weeks to be delivered. I have tried to call the Sales person (Dereck radzokota) several times to no avail. He does not respond to my emails and calls. I have phoned his colleagues they tell me he is in the office. The service is really bad bad bad!!!</p>
