BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ROCHESTER FURNITURES

I bought a dining room suite from Rochester furnitures a few years back. I was assured the furniture has a lifetime guarantee, that the chairs were genuine leather and that they keep a record of their customers and I could report any problem at any of their stores and I would be assisted at no cost to me. The material on the chairs has started peeling off and when I went to the Rochester store in Woodmead I was told the chairs are not genuine leather and if I want to complain, I must take them to the branch at which I bought them and the promise of contacting any of their branches is not applicable as I had been promised. I was also referred to their website to register my complaint but when I go there, there is no such provision on the website.The record of the sale is no longer available and they no longer adhere to the promise of keeping the record as they had stated when I first bought the suite. Pathetic after sales service. I would never advise anyone to buy from Rochester nor will I ever do myself.
