Bad customer service

I bought couches at Rochester mall of the North on the 19th July 2021 worth R45000 and they were delivered on the 21st and within 3 days I noticed that the couches were faulty and I informed the store and they technician tried to fix the couches but they were not fixed and he advised us to communicate with the store. I spoke to the store manager Mmabatho and she came to my house to check the couches and she promised to replace them ASAP. I called her today and she is telling me that she delegated the matter to the person who helped me with the sale because she didn't get commission for the couches. The things I bought in total was 50k and I am kindly requesting my refund for the couches which cost 45k. Their attitude is very bad and they lack customer care training as they are very rude. I believe they even sell used furniture as I see so many errors in the couches.
